1. Product value
According to China's import regulations, all personal express shipments imported into China must meet the following requirements:

The shipment has only one item and is indivisible | If it is verified by the customs that it is for personal use, although it exceeds the prescribed limit, it can be imported as personal items |
In order to protect your consumer rights, it is recommended to keep screenshots of transactions and payment on shopping websites or shopping receipts.
2. The name and value of express shipment declaration
The express shipment must be declared according to the actual product name, brand and other information of the goods; the value must be declared according to the actual price.
3. Product Quantity
Products must be for personal use, not for resale or commercial use. Customs will measure whether the goods are for personal use based on the type and quantity of the goods.
For example: if the quantity of the same type of nutritional supplement exceeds one bottle, and the total dosage is enough for one person to take for half a year to one year, the customs may consider it for personal use. On the contrary, if there are more than one watch of the same type, the customs may consider it for resale and may be restricted from customs clearance.

4. Tariffs
Goods imported into China may be subject to tariffs, and customers can choose to pay by the sender or the recipient in China. The tax is determined according to the type, quantity and declared value or duty-paid value (the minimum value of goods established by China Customs) of the goods. According to the requirements of China Customs for the supervision of postal items, the current threshold for personal items is 50RMB, and the tax is not more than RMB 50 can be exempted.
