Attachment: Guidelines for Customs Clearance Paperless Online Signing and Entrustment Application:

Log in to "China Electronic Port" (https://www.chinaport.gov.cn/)
1. Enter: Login as a user of China Electronic Port Law Enforcement System Security Technology Service.

2. Click: Clear paperless agreement signing system

3. First login to download control

4. After the control is successfully installed, enter the card password to enter the system. (Legal person card and operator card are both acceptable)

5. Select [Select Customs Declaration Enterprise] under [Entrusted Customs Declaration] on the left menu bar, enter "Enterprise Customs Code" in the query condition,
click query, and the query result will appear** **** Co., Ltd., select "Initiate Power of Attorney Application" in the operation column:

6. If it is the first time to initiate and select "Create Power of Attorney & New Agreement", if it is not the first time to select "Addition of Power of Attorney Agreement":

7. After clicking "Agree", enter the power of attorney signing interface:

8. At this point, you can see the information of both parties, and select "12 months", after ticking "√" in the automatic confirmation area,
click "Add Agreement" and drag down the interface:

9. The power of attorney filling interface appears, please fill in the "required" items on the left,
Note: Please select "payment by the entrusted party". After filling in, click "OK";

10. After clicking "OK", then click "Initiate Application" below, the following interface will appear after the operation is successful:
